Terms of service

These terms govern use of the VectorHub platform. By creating an account or calling the gateway you agree to them.

The service

VectorHub provides a managed gateway that fronts third-party integrations, stores credentials on your instruction and exposes tools to MCP clients you configure. The service is currently in early access, which means features may change and availability commitments are those stated in your plan or order form.

Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account and your API keys, for the actions taken by agents holding those keys, and for ensuring the people you grant access are authorised to have it. Notify us promptly if you believe a key has been compromised: revocation is immediate and available to you at any time.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• access systems or data you are not authorised to access;
• violate the terms of service of a connected third-party provider;
• circumvent rate limits, scoping controls or usage metering;
• store or transmit material that is unlawful in the jurisdiction where it is processed;
• attempt to extract another tenant's credentials or call records.

We may suspend access where continued use would cause material harm to the service or another customer, with notice where circumstances allow.

Third-party services

Connectors call APIs operated by third parties under your own credentials and your own agreement with them. We are not a party to that relationship, we do not control those services, and we are not responsible for their availability, their pricing or changes they make to their APIs. Where an upstream change breaks a connector we will update it, but we cannot guarantee continuity of a third party's interface.

Your data

You retain all rights in the data you connect and the records generated by your use of the service. You grant us only the rights needed to operate it on your behalf. We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and, where applicable, a data processing agreement.

Fees

Fees are set out in your plan or order form. Usage is metered on tool calls through the gateway; denied calls are not billed. Fees are exclusive of taxes. Late payment may result in suspension after notice.

Availability

Uptime commitments, where offered, are stated in your plan. The service may be unavailable for scheduled maintenance, which we will announce in advance where practical, or for events outside our reasonable control.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Term and termination

Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured after notice. You may close your account at any time. On termination we delete credentials and, after a short grace period, call records. Export your data before closing the account.

Changes

We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.

General

These terms are the entire agreement between us on this subject. If a provision is unenforceable the rest survives. Governing law and venue are as stated in your order form, or as notified to you for self-serve accounts.
