Pricing questions
What does a Pro or Team seat actually cost?
Pro is $4 a month, or $25 a year if you pay up front. Team is $5 per user a month, or $40 per seat a year. Enterprise is quoted per deployment because self-hosting, data residency and security review differ for every account.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for twelve months up front and save roughly half on Pro and a third on Team. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time and we prorate what you have already paid.
Is the free tier time-limited?
No. Three connected apps and one scoped key stay free indefinitely. It is meant to be enough to build something real on a side project.
How is usage measured?
By tool calls through the gateway. Connectors you have enabled but are not calling do not cost anything, and denied calls are not billed.
Can we start managed and move to self-hosted later?
Yes. Connections and key definitions export cleanly, so a migration to a VPC or self-hosted deployment does not mean re-authenticating every service by hand.
Do you offer startup or academic terms?
Yes. Early-stage companies and academic research groups get significantly discounted terms: mention it when you get in touch.
