Tool-level scoping and pinned working sets
- Keys can now be scoped to individual tools rather than whole connectors, with glob patterns and explicit deny rules.
- Pinned tools stay in the working set regardless of discovery ranking, for the handful an agent's core loop depends on.
- Denied calls are now logged as first-class events with the attempted tool and calling key.

GraphQL support in the API converter
- The API → MCP converter now accepts GraphQL SDL and introspection endpoints alongside OpenAPI and Postman.
- Queries map to read tools and mutations to write tools, with destructive mutations gated by default.
- Generated connectors keep manual edits to descriptions and parameter constraints across re-generation.

- Working sets now expand along observed call sequences, so a read tool no longer arrives without its write counterpart.

- Streamable HTTP is now the default transport, with SSE retained for older clients.
- The CLI gained `vectorhub mcp stdio` to bridge local stdio clients to the remote gateway.
- Tool lists resolve per session, so a connector enabled today is callable without a client restart.
